Sign in to your account here. You'll be redirected to a page showing your account details. Select My Subscriptions on the top left corner of the page to access your active subscriptions (your inactive subscriptions will also appear in case you ever want to reactivate them).
ADD A PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: In your overview page, scroll down until you see the heading You may also like
STEP 3: You can select a product from the suggestions below, or select Browse all products
STEP 4: If you’ve selected a product from the suggestions, go to Step 6. If you’ve selected Browse all products, either tap on your desired product or choose one from the suggestions by selecting +Add
STEP 5: Select format (if applicable)
STEP 6: Select the quantity
STEP 7: Select the delivery frequency
STEP 8: Select Add to order
ADD A ONE-TIME PRODUCT ON YOUR NEXT ORDER
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: In your overview page, scroll down until you see the heading You may also like
STEP 3: You can select a product from the suggestions below, or select Browse all products
STEP 4: If you’ve selected a product from the suggestions, go to Step 6. If you’ve selected Browse all products, either tap on your desired product or choose one from the suggestions by selecting**+Add**
STEP 5: Select format (if applicable)
STEP 6: Select the quantity
STEP 7: Select One time only
STEP 8: Select Add to order
UPDATE CURRENT PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION
If you have more than one product in your subscription, you must make the changes to or cancel each product individually.
Send order now
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: Under your next delivery date, select Send now
STEP 3: Select Send this order now
Update/reschedule the next delivery date
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: Under your next order date and to the right-hand side of the Send now button, select Reschedule
STEP 3: You can either delay for 1 week, for 2 weeks or choose a specific date
STEP 4: Once done, select Save changes
Skip the next order
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: Under your next order date and to the right-hand side of the Reschedule button, select Skip
STEP 3: Select Yes, skip this order
Update quantity, variant, frequency or swap products
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select Manage subscriptions
You can navigate between your Active and Inactive subscriptions
STEP 3: Select Manage this subscription under the desired product
STEP 4: Scroll down and adjust either the format, quantity or frequency accordingly. If you wish to swap a product subscription, go to STEP 6
STEP 5: Once done, select Save changes
STEP 6: To swap your current product subscription for another, scroll down and select, Swap this for a different product
STEP 7: Either search for the product in the search bar or select Swap under the desired product
STEP 8: Select quantity and frequency
STEP 9: Select Swap product to confirm
Cancel subscription to product
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select Manage subscriptions
STEP 3: Select Manage this subscription under the desired product
STEP 4: Scroll down and select Cancel subscription
STEP 5: Select the reason and select Next
STEP 6: Select Cancel subscription
Reactivate product subscription
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select Manage subscriptions
STEP 3: Under Subscriptions, select Inactive
STEP 4: Select +Reactivate under the wanted product
Your product should now appear under Active
UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR ADD A SECOND ADDRESS
Within your account, you can have multiple subscriptions with different shipping addresses and payment methods
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select select Address & payment details
STEP 3: Scroll down and select Manage addresses
STEP 4: To add another shipping address on file, select Add a new address
STEP 5: Enter new address and select Save address
STEP 6: To update the current address on file, select Edit
STEP 7: Update address and select Save changes
UPDATE PAYMENT INFORMATION
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select select Address & payment details
STEP 3: On the right-hand side of the screen, select Manage payment methods
STEP 4: To add a new payment method, select Add payment method
STEP 5: Enter information and select ADD PAYMENT METHOD
STEP 6: To update the current payment method, select Edit
N.B. To update the current payment method, you need to reenter all card info and billing address
STEP 7: Enter information and select ADD PAYMENT METHOD
UPDATE NAME, PHONE AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS
STEP 1: If not already done, go to the top menu on the left-hand side under the Landish blue banner and select My Subscriptions to get to your subscriptions overview
STEP 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, select select Address & payment details
STEP 3: Select Edit your details
STEP 4: Enter new information
STEP 5: Select Save changes
