How do I modify, swap or cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account here. You'll be redirected to a page showing your active subscriptions (your inactive subscriptions will also appear in case you ever wanted to reactivate them).image

Add a product subscription

STEP 1: In the top menu, under SUBSCRIPTIONS, select ADD A PRODUCT
STEP 2: Enter product name in search bar or select product from product list
STEP 3: If you want to subscribe, leave SUBSCRIBE selected. If you want the product as a one-time item, select ONE TIME
STEP 4: In both cases, select quantity
STEP 5: If you subscribe, select the delivery schedule, variant (if applicable) and first shipment date
STEP 6: For a one time item, select variant (if applicable) and first shipment date
STEP 7: Select ADD PRODUCT

Update current product subscription

If you have more than one product in your subscription, you must make the changes to or cancel each product individually.

Update delivery schedule and/or skip next charge date

STEP 1: In the top menu, under the SUBSCRIPTIONS or DELIVERY SCHEDULE tabs, select EDIT next to the product subscription you want to update
STEP 2: To update delivery frequency to 30, 60, 90 or 120 days (if applicable) select DELIVERY SCHEDULE on the left-hand side

STEP 3: Choose the desired interval and select UPDATE
STEP 4: To manually enter the next charge date, select the date on the left-hand side
STEP 5: Navigate through the calendar and select desired date
STEP 6: Select UPDATE NEXT SHIPMENT DATE or ORDER NOW if you wish to order right away
STEP 7: Repeat for all products

STEP 8: To skip next charge on one subscription item, select SKIP next to product
STEP 9: Select SKIP to confirm
STEP 10: Repeat for all products

Update quantity, variant or swap products

STEP 1: In the top menu, under the SUBSCRIPTIONS or DELIVERY SCHEDULE tabs, select EDIT next to the product subscription you want to update
STEP 2: Select the product image on the left-hand side
STEP 3: Select "-" or "+" to change product quantity
STEP 4: Select product variant to change it (if applicable)

STEP 5: To swap with another product, select SWAP PRODUCT
STEP 6: Enter product name in search bar or select product in product list
STEP 7: Update quantity, delivery schedule and/or variant (if applicable) and select SWAP PRODUCT

Cancel subscription to product

STEP 1: In the top menu, under the SUBSCRIPTIONS or DELIVERY SCHEDULE tabs, select EDIT next to the product subscription you want to update
STEP 2: Scroll down and select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
STEP 3: Select a reason why and select PROCEED
STEP 4: Repeat for all products you wish to cancel

Reactivate product subscription

STEP 1: In the top menu, under the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab, scroll down to the bottom under Inactive subscriptions
STEP 2: Select RE-ACTIVATE
STEP 3: Once again, select RE-ACTIVATE
Your product should now appear under "Active subscriptions"

Update shipping address or add a second address

Within one subscription you can have multiple accounts with different shipping addresses and credit cards.

STEP 1:  In the top menu, under the SHIPPING tab, select the address you want to update
STEP 2: Select EDIT ADDRESS
STEP 2: Enter new information and select SAVE
STEP 3: To add another shipping address on file, select ADD NEW SHIPPING INFO
STEP 4: Enter new shipping information and select NEXT
STEP 5: Select payment method associated with new address and then select ADD SHIPPING INFO

Update credit card information

STEP 1: In the top menu, under PAYMENT METHODS, select the drop-down arrow to update the credit card information (billing address, credit card)
STEP 2: Select either EDIT PAYMENT METHOD or EDIT BILLING ADDRESS
STEP 3: Update information and select UPDATE CARD or UPDATE, respectively

Update email address

STEP 1: Go to any product subscription and select EDIT
STEP 2: Scroll down and select your email address at the bottom left-hand side (updating your email address here will automatically update your whole account)
STEP 3: Enter new email address and select UPDATE
