How do I cancel a product subscription?

You can log in here and follow these steps:

1. If not already done, select My Subscriptions (top-left menu)
2. Select Manage subscriptions
3. Under the product you wish to cancel, select Manage this subscription
4. Scroll down and select Cancel subscription
5. Follow the steps

Note that if your most recent order has already been processed (you received an order confirmation), it can no longer be cancelled.
