Landish marine collagen is sustainably made in Nova-Scotia from wild North Atlantic cod and haddock skins. Unlike bovine (“grass-fed”), porcine, and farmed (“fresh water”) marine collagen made overseas from tilapia, it’s guaranteed to be free of hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides.
It also undergoes more stringent heavy metal testing than any other brand. For instance, the mercury test is negative at 0.005 ppm, which is already 100x below the Canadian health standard for fish, the sign of exceptional purity.
