I entered my promo code but it isn’t working. What should I do?

Oh no! If your promo code isn’t working there could be one of a few issues:

• There is a space before, within, or after the promo code. Make sure to remove any spaces in the promo code box.
• A capital “i” (I) is being confused with a lowercase L (l). We recommend copying and pasting a promo code instead of retyping it to avoid this issue.
• The promo code is limited to one per customer and you’ve already used it. If this is the case, you can always refer a friend for $10 off your order.
• Promo codes cannot be applied to subscription orders as they are already offered at a discounted price.
