My Canada Post tracking link says that my package was delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

If your Canada Post (CP) tracking page says “Delivered” but you can't find your package, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Let's try to find your package!

✔️ On your CP tracking page, verify if it says “Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox”. If it does, make sure to check your mailbox and/or parcel locker to see if your Landish package is there.

Note that Landish has no control over where CP leaves packages. However, for future orders, when you receive your order confirmation and tracking link, you can click on "Select" under "Delivery preference" to customize this.

✔️ Even if your tracking page simply says “Delivered”, please still check your mailbox just in case this was not specified (it happens 🙄).

✔️ Make sure that a delivery slip indicating a CP pickup location was not left at your door or in your mailbox.

✔️ Finally, make sure that your package was not left in a "safe drop" (hidden/safe) location (under your deck, behind a garbage can, etc.) in case it's hiding somewhere.

Step 2:

If none of the above apply, please call CP customer service at 1-866-607-6301 (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET / Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET) or go to their website here to try and get more information.

Step 3:

If after speaking to CP you still cannot obtain your Landish package, please email us at hello@landish.ca, indicating your order # so we can help!
