One serving (1.5 tbsp) of Landish Pure Canadian Marine Collagen contains 8.3 g of hydrolyzed marine collagen, one serving (1.5 tbsp) of the Beauty Blend contains 5 g of hydrolyzed marine collagen and one serving (1.5 tbsp) of the Coffee Creamer contains 4.5 g of hydrolyzed marine collagen. Combining products would result in consuming above the maximum recommended dose of 10 g per day, as set by Health Canada (1). We, therefore, do not advise combining these products!
