Can I consume Landish 5 Plant Protein Powder if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

We always advise that you consult a doctor before making dietary changes if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. However, consuming our 5 Plant Protein Powder should not be an issue during pregnancy. In fact, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding require additional protein to keep up with increased energy and nutritional needs (1). While the standard daily recommendation is 0.8 g of protein per kg of body weight, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consume approximately 25 g of additional protein, depending on their weight and which trimester they’re in (1)(2).
