Can I consume Landish Golden Latte Mix if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some sources suggest that large quantities of turmeric root and ashwagandha root may not be safe for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Since our Golden Latte Mix contains therapeutic doses of turmeric (2 g) and ashwagandha (500 mg) in every serving, we do not recommend this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
