Does Landish use the fruiting body of mushrooms or mycelium?

Landish uses only the fruiting body of mushrooms because they contain a much higher concentration of beneficial compounds and have been the subject of virtually all the research on the benefits of functional mushrooms. Some brands use “mycelial biomass” grown on a grain substrate, the final product of which is mostly grain. Landish never uses any of this inferior product.
