Each 10 g serving of 5 Mushroom Hot Chocolate Mix contains 500 mg of organic functional mushroom extracts and is a source of antioxidants and fungal polysaccharides (100 mg each of reishi, chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps and turkey tail). This is equivalent to around 5 g of fresh medicinal mushrooms per serving.
With 30 servings in each 300 g jar, there are 15 g of mushroom extracts per jar, the equivalent of around 150 g of fresh organic medicinal mushrooms.
With this amount of mushroom extracts per serving you can also feel completely comfortable consuming more than one serving of hot chocolate per day.
